摘 要:本文针对一种新型平面结构的微直线电机展开研究,在分析其平面结构及其工作原理的基础上,探索新型电机内部电磁耦合对动子位置检测精确度的影响。基于新型微直线电机动子结构物理模型推导动子纵向磁场强度,并通过有限元仿真分析验证理论推导结果。利用隧道磁阻传感器监测磁场强度,本文提出一种基于纵向磁场检测的动子位置辨识策略,并采用改进粒子群算法减小动子辨识误差。最后,搭建基于隧道磁阻传感器的微直线电机测试平台进行实验研究,新型微直线电机的定位控制精确度小于30μm,实验结果验证了本文提出的动子位置辨识策略和误差校正方法的准确性和可行性。In this paper,micro-linear motor with plane structure is studied.Based on the analysis of its plane structure and its working principle,the influence of electromagnetic coupling inside the new motor on the position detection accuracy of the actuator was explored.The longitudinal magnetic field intensity of the actuator was deduced based on the physical model of the new micro-linear electric motor structure,and the theoretical results were verified by finite element simulation analysis.Using tunneling reluctance sensor to monitor the magnetic field intensity,a position identification strategy based on longitudinal magnetic field detection was proposed,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was adoptedto reduce the identification error of the actuator.Finally,a micro-linear motor test platform based on tunnel-based reluctance sensor was built for experimental research.The positioning control accuracy of the micro-linear motor is less than 30μm.The experimental results verify the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed actuator position identification strategy and error correction method.
