摘 要:通常,光伏发电等新能源发电领域需要将低压电能通过高电压增益DC-DC变换器升压与母线电压匹配。本文提出一种高增益升压Cuk变换器,通过结合耦合电感与二极管电容单元使变换器增益得到提升,采用附加二极管电容单元有效地抑制漏感引起的开关管电压尖峰。为了提高所提出变换器的动态性能与抗扰能力,结合Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK)模糊控制技术,提出了一种动态改变输出比例因子的改进模糊控制方法,该控制方法具有鲁棒性强、模糊规则数少、计算量少、控制简便等特点。论文对所提出变换器的工作原理、工作特性及其控制方法进行了详细理论分析,进行了计算机仿真验证并设计了一台输入36~70 V,输出400 V/400 W的实验样机。计算机仿真与实验结果表明,通过设计合适匝比可有效提高提出变换器的电压增益,在48 V输入下,样机最高效率可达96.4%;与传统PI控制相比,当输入电压在36 V与70 V之间阶跃变化以及负载在0.05 A与1 A之间阶跃变化时,提出的模糊控制方法能更有效抑制扰动,提高了变换器的动态性能。Electrical energy of low voltage is typically required to be boosted through a high voltage gain DC-DC converter to match the bus voltage.A high gain step-up Cuk converter is proposed in this paper.By combining coupled-inductor and diode-capacitor units,the step-up gain of the proposed converter was further improved,and the voltage spike of the transistor caused by the leakage inductance was effectively suppressed by the introduced units.In order to improve the dynamic performance and the anti-disturbance ability of the proposed converter,an improved fuzzy control method based on Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK)fuzzy control technique was proposed,whose output scale factor is dynamically changed,and it possesses the characteristics of strong robustness,fewer fuzzy rules,less calculation,and simpler control.The operating principles,operating characteristics and the proposed control strategy of the converter were analyzed in detail.The simulation was carried out in this paper and an experimental prototype with input of 36 V-70 V and output of 400 V/400 W was built.The simulation and experimental results show that the converter voltage gain can be effectively improved by designing the appropriate turns ratio.The efficiency is up to 96.4% under the 48 V input.Compared with the traditional PI control,the proposed fuzzy control strategy can suppress the disturbance more effectively when the input voltage was stepped between 36 V and 70 V and load was stepped between 0.05 A and 1 A respectively,which improves the dynamic performance of the proposed converter.
