摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视统战工作,提出了新时代关于统一战线工作的一系列重要论述,为推进新时代统一战线工作创新发展提供了理论引领和行动指南。其中,“大统战”是习近平总书记关于统一战线工作重要论述最鲜明的时代特征。党的十九届五中全会再次强调要坚持和完善大统战工作格局,促进政党关系、民族关系、宗教关系、阶层关系、海内外同胞关系和谐,巩固和发展大团结大联合局面。新时代大统战观内涵丰富,从历史经验看,必须构建更大广度的“大统一战线”;从贯彻力度看,必须构建“强统一战线”;从功能定位嬗变看,要进一步完善“深度嵌入国家治理体系的统一战线”;从世界视野高度看,要不断规划国际统一战线格局。Since the 18th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jin-ping at its core,has attached great importance to united front work and put forward a series of important theses on united front in the new era which provided theoretical guidance and action guidelines for promoting the innovative development of united front work in the new era.Among them,the "Great United Front"is the most distinctive feature of the times in General Secretary Xi Jin-ping's important discourse on united front work.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee once again emphasised the need to adhere to and improve the pattern of the Great United Front Work,promote harmonious relations among political parties,ethnic groups,religions,classes and compatriots at home and abroad,and consolidate and develop a situation of great unity and solidarity.The Great United Front in the new era boasts rich connotations.From the historical experience,we must build a broader"Great United Front";from the perspective of implementation,we must build a"strong united front";from the viewpoint of the change of function,we must further improve the"united front deeply embedded in the national governance system";from the height of the global perspective,we must establish an international united front.
