摘 要:以下胚轴为紫色和下胚轴为绿色的花椰菜自交系为亲本进行杂交、回交和自交,构建6个世代群体(P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、F_(2)、B_(1)和B_(2)),研究花椰菜下胚轴颜色的遗传规律。结果表明:下胚轴紫色与下胚轴绿色花椰菜正反杂交F_(1)的下胚轴颜色均为紫色,但其色泽较下胚轴紫色亲本要浅。在F_(2)群体中,下胚轴颜色分离比例接近紫色∶绿色=3∶1;B_(1)群体下胚轴颜色全部为紫色,而B_(2)群体下胚轴颜色分享比例约为紫色∶绿色=1∶1。χ^(2)检测结果进一步证明:花椰菜下胚轴颜色受一对细胞核遗传基因控制,紫色对绿色为显性。花椰菜幼苗下胚轴颜色可以作为父母本防伪及杂种F_(1)纯度鉴定的标记性状。In order to study the genetic characters of hypocotyl color of cauliflower,the six populations(P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),B_(1) and B_(2))were obtained through crossing,self-crossing and back-crossing between purple hypocotyl materials and green hypocotyl materials.The results showed that all the hypocotyl colors of reciprocal crosses F_(1) and B_(1) progenies were purple.But the hypocotyl colors of F_(1) were lighter than that of purple hypocotyl parent.The ratios were close to 3 purple:1 green for F_(2) progenies,and 1 purple:1 green for B_(2) progenies.The results ofχ^(2) test further proved that the hypocotyl color was controlled by one nuclear gene locus,and purple was dominant to green.The hypocotyl colour might be a useful marker for anti-counterfeiting of parents and purity identification of hybrid F_(1).
