摘  要:草莓病毒病常常会给草莓生产造成严重危害,主要表现为开花结果异常、品质劣化、产量下降,果实商品性降低等。为了明确上海地区草莓病毒病的分布和为害情况,对来自上海金山、奉贤、浦东3个草莓产区抽样采集的137份疑似病毒感染样品,采用RT-PCR技术进行分子检测分析并测序。结果表明:137份抽检样品中有88份检出病毒,总检出率达到64.2%,其中,草莓镶脉病毒(SVBV)和草莓斑驳病毒(SMoV)检出率较高,分别达到40.9%和43.8%;草莓轻型黄边病毒(SMYEV)仅在浦东新区采集的样品中检出,检出率达到1.5%;草莓皱缩病毒(SCV)在3个地区均未检测到;SVBV和SMoV两种病毒复合侵染率为21.2%,且症状明显。测序结果显示,在上海地区至少存在2个不同的SVBV病毒小种,3个不同的SMoV病毒小种。本研究可为掌握上海地区草莓产业草莓病毒病的流行情况以及制定有效的防控策略提供重要参考。Strawberry virus disease often causes serious damage to strawberry production,which is mainly manifested by abnormal flowering and fruiting,quality deterioration,decreased yield,and reduced commerciality of fruits.In order to investigate the distribution and damage situation of strawberry virus disease in Shanghai,137 suspected virus infection samples were collected from three strawberry producing regions in Shanghai suburbs including Jinshan,Fengxian and Pudong,for molecular detection analysis using RT-PCR and sequencing.The results showed that 88 out of the 137 samples were detected with virus,and the total detection rate was 64.2%.Among them,strawberry vein banding virus(SVBV)and strawberry mottle virus(SMoV)had higher detection rates of 40.9%and 43.8%,respectively.Strawberry mild yellow edge virus(SMYEV)was detected only in samples collected from Pudong District,and the detection rate reached 1.5%.By contrast,strawberry crinkle virus(SCV)was not detected in all three regions.The rate of co-infected with SVBV and SMoV was 21.2%,and the symptoms were obvious.The sequencing results showed that there were at least two different SVBV virus strains and three distinct SMoV virus strains in Shanghai.This work facilitated our understanding of the epidemic situation of strawberry virus disease and set a well basis for developing prevention and control strategies for strawberry industry in Shanghai.
