摘  要:为了探究GLIS1基因多态性与绵羊产羔数之间的关系,利用Sequenom MassARRAY^(®)SNP技术对绵羊GLIS1基因的2个SNP位点多态性进行检测,并与绵羊产羔数进行关联分析。结果表明:在单羔和多羔绵羊品种之间,GLIS1基因2个SNP位点基因型和等位基因频率有极显著差异(P<0.01);关联分析显示,g.27775611 T>C位点与小尾寒羊第二胎产羔数显著相关(P<0.05),而g.27857114 T>G位点与各胎产羔数均无显著关联(P>0.05)。研究初步表明,g.27775611 T>C位点可能参与绵羊产羔数性状的调控,而g.27857114 T>G位点可能不是影响绵羊产羔数的关键位点。该研究可为绵羊高繁殖力基因及关键位点的筛选提供参考。To investigate the association between polymorphisms of GLIS1 and litter size in sheep,Sequenom MassARRAY^(®)SNP assay was applied to genotype two SNPs of sheep GLIS1 gene,and the correlation between GLIS1 and litter size in sheep was analyzed.The results showed that extremely significant differences were found in the genotypes and allele frequencies of the two SNP loci of GLISl gene between uniparous and multiparous sheep breeds.(P<0.01).Association analysis showed that polymorphism of g.27775611 T>C was significantly correlated with the litter size of the second parity of Small Tail Han sheep(P<0.05),while g.27857114 T>G locus had no significant correlation with the litter size of Small Tail Han sheep(P>0.05).The study preliminarily showed that the g.27775611 T>C locus of GLISl gene may be involved in the regulation of litter size trait in sheep,while the g.27857114 T>G locus may not be a key site affecting the litter size of sheep.This study can provide a reference for screening the genes and key loci of high fertility sheep.
