摘  要:平板变压器已经在充电头领域普遍应用,平板变压器内的绕组采用PCB叠绕线路取代传统绕组。PCB实际制作过程中随着制程的变化,会造成PCB绕组电阻的变化。文章通过对PCB生产中影响电阻的异常问题进行了分析,建立贴合实际应用的直流电阻理论推导模型,通过PCB制程上的严格控制,来满足最终客户对直流电阻的管控要求。The flat-panel transformer has been widely used in the field of charging head,and the winding in the flat-panel mutator adopts PCB overlapping circuit instead of traditional winding.In the actual manufacturing process of PCB,with the change of manufacturing process,the key indicator DCR of PCB winding will change.In this paper,by analyzing the abnormal problems of DCR,the potential differences between theory and practice of some special processes are found out.The theoretical deduction model of DCR is established,and the theoretical control range value of DCR is calculated from the early design end.Through the strict control of PCB process,the final customer's control requirements for DCR are met.
