摘　　要：针对盲槽底部印阻焊和正反面均开盲槽的特殊盲槽板,本文通过对比分析制定更加优化的制作方案:通过层压前槽底印阻焊,贴高温胶带实现阻胶,然后层压后采用数控盲捞的方法开盲槽。既能保证板面平整,又能实现槽底阻焊不脱落的要求,工艺流程简单,产品质量可靠。For the blind groove bottom printing welding resistance and special blind groove plate with both sides of the blind groove,this paper makes a more optimized production scheme through comparative analysis:through the groove bottom printing welding resistance before lamination,stick high temperature tape to achieve glue resistance,and then use of CNC blind fishing method to open the blind groove after lamination.It can not only ensure the smooth surface of the plate,but also achieve the requirements of resistance welding at the bottom of the groove with no fall off.The process is simple and the product quality is reliable.
