摘　　要：介绍了烟囱效应的定义和预防控制方法,从建筑方面和电梯方面详细分析了超高层建筑电梯井道烟囱效应产生的具体原因,提出了电梯井道烟囱效应的具体抑制措施。最后指出,有效抑制电梯井道烟囱效应,能够避免其对电梯正常运行的影响,并降低建筑物的能耗。The definition and prevention of chimney effect are introduced,the specific causes of chimney effect of elevator well in super high rise buildings are analyzed from the aspects of buildings and elevators,and the specific suppression measures of chimney effect of elevator well are put forward.Finally,it is pointed out that the effective suppression of elevator well chimney effect can avoid its impact on the normal running of the elevator and reduce the energy consumption of the building.
