摘  要:针对金属矿山井下斜坡道作业环境和车辆运行特点,设计出一种斜坡道运输智能化管理系统,通过监测分站同时采集地感线圈与车辆安装的射频识别卡(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)信号,并利用CAN总线将信号上传至地面上位机,信号经上位机计算处理后,控制斜坡道口信号灯,实现对进出斜坡道路口的车辆控制以及车辆信息的自动识别。开发的斜坡道三维监测界面,能够实时、形象地反映斜坡道内车辆运行情况,便于井上人员及时掌控井下车辆的信息,能够有效防止车辆堵塞及事故的发生,实现对井下车辆的监控与调配,提高运输效率,保证井下人员生产作业安全。Aiming at the underground ramp working environment and vehicle running characteristics in metal mines,an intelligent management system of ramp transportation is designed to realize the vehicle control and automatic identification of vehicle information entering and leaving of the ramp intersection through monitoring substation and collecting the signals of ground sense coil and onboard RFID at the same time,and uploading the signals to the ground upper computer by CAN bus.After the signals are calculated and processed by the upper computer,the ramp intersection signal is controlled to realize the vehicle control and automatic identifi cation entering and leaving of the ramp intersection.The developed ramp 3D monitoring interface can refl ect the vehicle running conditions in ramp in real time and image,facilitate for the personnel up ground to control the information of underground vehicle in time,eff ectively prevent the vehicle jams and accidents,realize underground vehicle monitoring and allocation,improve transport effi ciency,and ensure the safety of production and operation of underground personnel.
