英利昔单抗与甲氨蝶呤联合使用与单独使用甲氨蝶呤在治疗类风湿关节炎中的疗效与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究英利昔单抗与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合使用与单独使用MTX在治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)中的疗效与安全性。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的RA患者105例,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=52)与实验组(n=53)。对照组采用单独MTX治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合英利昔单抗治疗。比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果实验组治疗总有效率为98.11%,高于对照组的82.69%,压痛关节数、肿胀关节数均少于对照组,ESR水平、VAS评分均低于对照组,不良反应发生率为5.67%,低于对照组的19.23%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论英利昔单抗联合MTX治疗RA的疗效明显优于单独MTX治疗,可有效改善RA有关症状及体征,且未增加不良反应发生,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of infliximab combined with methotrexate(MTX)and MTX alone in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 105 RA patients received in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=52)and the experimental group(n=53)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with MTX alone,and the experimental group was treated with infliximab based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and safety between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.11%,which was higher than 82.69%in the control group;the number of tender joints and swollen joints in the experimental group were less than those in control group,ESR levels and VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.67%,which was lower than 19.23%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Infliximab combined with MTX in the treatment of RA is significantly better than MTX alone.It can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of RA without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
