微波辅助四联抗结核方案对结核性胸膜炎患者炎症因子及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微波辅助四联抗结核方案在结核性胸膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年9月至2019年10月于本院接受治疗的63例结核性胸膜炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(四联抗结核方案治疗,n=30)和观察组(微波辅助四联抗结核方案治疗,n=33),比较两组炎症因子、免疫功能。结果治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平均低于对照组,T淋巴细胞亚群CD_(3)^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波辅助四联抗结核方案可有效降低结核性胸膜炎患者胸膜炎症因子水平,提升机体免疫功能。Objective To explore the application effect of microwave-assisted quadruple anti-tuberculosis regimen in patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with tuberculous pleurisy who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment options,they were divided into control group(quadruple anti-tuberculosis regi-men treatment,n=30)and observation group(microwave-assisted quadruple anti-tuberculosis regimen treatment,n=33),the inflammatory factors and immune function between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-5(IL-5)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CD_(3)^(+)levels and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values of T lymphocyte subsets were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The microwave-assisted quadruple anti-tuberculosis regimen can effectively reduce the level of pleural inflammatory factors in patients with tuberculous pleurisy and improve the immune function of the body.
