摘　　要：目的探究精神异常且需进行断腕再植患者的手术治疗情况。方法选取2012年1月至2016年8月本院收治的因精神异常自行菜刀砍伤导致断腕患者3例作为研究对象,患者均进行再植手术及术后处理。观察断腕再植成活情况。结果3例患者均再植成活且成活状况良好。结论对有精神异常的断腕患者进行手术时需考虑其精神状况,在术前、术中及术后给予相应的处理治疗,可提高精神异常患者断腕再植手术的效果。Objective To explore the surgical treatment of patients with mental abnormalities who need to undergo replantation of the severed wrist.Methods From January 2012 to August 2016,3 patients with broken wrists injured by chopper cut due to mental disorders were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent replantation and postoperative treatment.Observe the survival of the severed wrist replantation.Results All 3 patients survived the replantation and were in good survival condition.Conclusion The mental condition of patients with severed wrist with men-tal abnormality should be considered during operation,and corresponding treatment should be given before operation,during operation and after op-eration,to improve the effect of replantation of severed wrist in patients with mental disorders.
