中医复用诊疗器具清洗消毒及灭菌现状的调查研究

摘　　要：目的分析中医复用诊疗器具清洗消毒及灭菌现状、存在的问题和管理薄弱环节,制定中医复用诊疗器具清洗消毒及灭菌的标准操作流程。方法2020年2-3月采用微信对江西省和广东省105家医院进行问卷调查,收集各级医院中医复用诊疗器具清洗消毒及灭菌质量监管的资料和数据。结果本研究调查的105家医院中,综合性医院占比84.76%;临床使用科室和消毒供应中心承担中医复用诊疗器具清洗消毒、灭菌的占比分别为20.95%、79.05%;临床使用科室处理中医诊疗器具的场所、设备、管理制度、流程、人员培训及质量监测仅27.27%~63.64%符合规范要求;消毒供应中心处理中医诊疗器具的场所、设备、管理制度、流程、人员培训及质量监测54.22%~84.34%符合规范要求。结论两省中医复用诊疗器具清洗消毒及灭菌的处理流程和质量监管存在较大问题,各级医院的中医复用诊疗器具应集中在消毒供应中心处理,提高中医复用诊疗器具处理质量,减少医院感染的发生。Objective To analyze the current situation,existing problems and management weaknesses of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)multiplexing diagnosis and treatment instruments cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,and develop the standard operating procedure of TCM multi-plexed diagnosis and treatment instruments cleaning,disinfection and sterilization.Methods From February to March 2020,105 hospitals in Jiangxi Province and Guangdong Province were investigated by WeChat,and the data of cleaning,disinfection and quality control of TCM multiplexed diag-nosis and treatment instruments were collected.Results The main hospitals involved in the survey were general hospital was 84.76%;clinical use department and disinfection supply center for the proportion of the reuse of TCM multiplexed diagnosis and treatment instruments cleaning,disinfec-tion and sterilization was 20.95%and 79.05%;among the place of use department treatment of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment apparatus,equipment,management system,process,personnel training and quality monitoring compliance requirements,only 27.27%-63.64%met the standard requirements;only 54.22%to 84.34%of disinfection supply center place for treatment of TCM diagnosis and treatment apparatus,equipment,man-agement system,process,personnel training and quality monitoring conformed to the requirements of the specification.Conclusion There are big problems in the cleaning,disinfection and sterilization process and quality supervision of TCM multiplexed diagnosis and treatment instruments in the two provinces.The TCM reused medical instruments in hospitals at all levels should be handled in the disinfection supply center,so as to improve the quality of TCM reused medical instruments and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
