摘　　要：随着中药应用的不断增加,其所具备的对因治疗、满足个体化用药需求的特点得以体现,在现代药理学对中药有效成分和药理活性的研究推动下,中药的国际地位不断提升。然而,随着中医药的发展和临床应用的普及,其毒性与临床不良反应逐渐引起人们重视。大多数中药材均具有心血管系统毒性,且临床预后较差,这也是多种中药过量使用导致中毒死亡的主要因素。因此,深入研究中药材的心血管毒性,寻求有效防治手段,对于中医药现代化应用具有重要意义。在《医疗用毒性药品管理办法》中,将洋金花、生附子、砒霜、生天仙子、红粉、生草乌、生马钱子、蟾酥、生千金子、雪上一枝蒿、生川乌、雄黄、轻粉、水银、斑蝥定义为毒性中药。本文就这15味中药的心血管系统毒性以及解毒方法的研究现状进行综述,为后期该毒性中药的安全应用和临床有效治疗提供参考。The international status of traditional Chinese medicines is constantly improving, and the research of modern pharmacology on their active ingredients and pharmacological activities promotes the development and clinical application. However, with the increasing application of traditional Chinese medicines, more attention should be paid to their toxicity and clinical side effects. Most Chinese medicinal materials have cardiovascular toxicity and poor clinical prognosis, which is also the main factor of death caused by excessive use. Therefore, it is vital to explore the cardiotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicines applied in clinic, seek efficient preventive measures and look for treatment methods. In "the measures for the management of toxicity for medical use", Datura metel L, Aconitum carmichaeli Debx, Realgar, Hyoscyamus niger L, Hydrargyri oxydum Rubrum, Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom, Strychnos nux-vomica L, Toad venom, Euphorbia Lathyris L, Aconitum brachypodun Diels, Radix Aconiti, Realgar, Calomelas, Hydrargyrum and Mylabris phalerata Pallas are defined as toxic herbs. In this paper, the existing literature is reviewed to summarize the toxic and side effects of toxic traditional Chinese medicines on cardiovascular system, as well as the detoxification methods, so as to provide references for the clinically effective treatment of toxic traditional Chinese medicines.
