摘　　要：当前我国已进入传统航空物流向现代航空物流转型发展的关键时期,制造业升级和电商蓬勃发展双轮驱动下,航空货运迎来发展的关键时期,客改货成为货运航空公司扩展机队规模和提升运力的主要途径之一。本文分析了未来客改货飞机的市场需求,总结了客改货的技术内容、适航取证、实施和持续适航管理等内容,为航空公司选择客改货改装方案提供一定的借鉴。Aviation logistics of China has entered a critical period of transforming from traditional mode to modern mode.Driven by the upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the vigorous development of e-commerce,air cargo transportation has entered a crucial development period.It has become one of the main approaches of airlines for expanding fleet size and increasing capacity to convert passenger aircraft to freighter.This paper analyzes the future market demand for converted freighters,summarizes the core technical content,airworthiness certification,implementation and continued airworthiness management of converting passenger aircraft to freighter,in order to provide insights for airlines to select passenger to freighter conversion program.
