摘　　要：本文梳理了在核电建设过程中经常出现的几种弄虚作假行为,分别分析了每种行为可能需要承担的法律责任,从法治的角度,提出了防范和打击弄虚作假行为的建议。Several frequent counterfeit and fraudulent behaviors in the process of nuclear power plant construc⁃tion were described.The legal responsibility of each type of behavior was analyzed.Based on the concepts of rule of law,suggestions on preventing and combating counterfeit and fraudulent behaviors were propounded.
