摘　　要：高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)建造于20世纪70年代,在达到20年的设计寿期并进行HFETR的延寿工作时,应国家核安全局对定期安全审查的要求,才开始开展系统性的老化管理研究。经过多年的研究工作,已建立了一套HFETR老化管理方法,其中明确了老化管理的组织机构及职责,完成了老化管理分类及老化机理分析,并编制了有效的老化管理大纲和老化管理对象的老化管理程序,保障了老化管理活动的有效开展。例如HFETR的压力容器(RPV)按照老化管理大纲和RPV老化管理程序开展了老化管理的实施、监督检查等活动,并采取缓解措施有效地降低了RPV纵焊缝处的辐照损伤,从而保证了RPV在延寿期内的安全性。经过十几年的老化管理实践,HFETR目前还保持有足够的安全水平,寿期也已成功延长至40年以上,表明HFETR的老化管理方法是有效的。High Flux Engineering Test Reactor(HFETR)was built in the 1970s.the systematic aging manage⁃ment research was just started according to the requirements of the National Nuclear Safety Administration(NNSA)for periodic safety review after reaching 20 years design life period.Aging management methods of HFETR has been completed for years of research work,which contains defining the organization and responsi⁃bilities,completes aging management classification and aging mechanism analysis,compiles the effective ag⁃ing management program and aging management program of aging management object,and ensures the effec⁃tive development of aging management activities.For example,the Reactor Pressure Vessel(RPV)of HFETR has carried out including supervision and inspection according to aging management program and RPV aging management procedure.For taking effectively mitigation measures to reduce the radiation damage of RPV,the safety of RPV has been ensured in the life extension period.After more than ten years of aging management practice,HFETR still maintains a sufficient safety level,and its service life has been successfully extended to more than 40 years,which shows that the aging management method of HFETR is effective.
