摘 要:为了维护晋北煤业轨道大巷的稳定性,对大巷顶板锚杆、巷道两帮锚杆以及锚索进行了支护优化设计。应用结果显示,锚杆、锚索的受力值均小于理论计算结果,且顶板及两帮的位移量与理论计算结果相近,理论计算、数值模拟以及实际监测均验证了支护方案的可行性。各项参数证明,支护方案下巷道围岩的变形较小,锚杆锚索受力小于理论数值,提高了支护效率,减少了支护费用,为安全掘进提供了保障。In order to maintain the stability of the main track roadway of Jinbei Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper carried out the support optimization design of the roadway roof bolt,roadway two side bolt and anchor cable.The application results show that the stress values of anchor bolts and cables are all less than the theoretical calculation results,and the displacement of roof and two sides is similar to the theoretical calculation results.The theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and actual monitoring methods verify the feasibility of the support scheme.Various parameters prove that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the support scheme is small,and the force of the bolt and cable is less than the theoretical value,which improves the support efficiency,reduces the support cost and provides guarantee for safe driving.
