协同创新、信息通信技术与企业创新绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：信息通信技术(ICT)是推动企业创新发展与产业结构升级的重要力量.基于世界银行2012年中国企业调查数据研究协同创新、对创新绩效的影响以及ICT应用在其中的调节效应.结果发现:协同创新能够显著提高创新绩效,其影响路径包括生产工艺提升、生产柔性提高、产品质量升级和人力资本提升等.进一步研究发现ICT在产品与流程协同创新中的应用均对创新绩效的提高具有直接效应,而且在协同创新提高创新绩效中存在正向调节效应.Information and communication technology(ICT) is an important force to promote the innovation and development of enterprises and the upgrading of industrial structure.This article is based on the World Bank’s 2012 Chinese Enterprise Survey Data to study collaborative innovation,the impact of ICT applications on innovation performance,and the moderating effects of ICT applications.The results found that:collaborative innovation can significantly improve innovation performance,and its influence paths include production process improvement,production flexibility improvement,product quality upgrade,and human capital improvement.Further research found that the application of ICT in product and process collaborative innovation has a direct effect on the improvement of innovation performance,but also has a positive moderating effect in the improvement of innovation performance by collaborative innovation.
