精神卫生领域中虚拟现实技术应用的文献计量与可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过对精神卫生领域中虚拟现实应用的相关文献进行计量学分析,了解其研究现状和发展脉络。方法运用SATI软件和CiteSpace软件对检索到的116篇中文文献和1285篇英文文献进行年发文量分布、主题词分布、文献作者分布及研究机构分布等可视化分析,检索时间为2009-2019年。结果2009-2019年精神卫生领域中的虚拟现实技术治疗的文献呈线性增长,国内尚处于研究萌芽阶段,国外研究不断丰富和细化深入,表现为研究方向从情绪调节逐渐向行为认知训练发展;核心作者群主要分布在西班牙、德国、美国和意大利,研究者和机构间的合作较普遍;研究范式从治疗有效性的验证试验开始转向治疗过程潜在机制的质性研究。结论虚拟现实技术作为一项替代性治疗技术在精神卫生领域有着较大的潜力。未来研究将呈现研究主体的多学科交叉协同;研究主题和对象的多元细化;治疗技术的标准化等趋势。Objective The study aims to explore the research status and development process of virtual reality applied in the field of mental health using quantitative analysis.Methods Using SATI and CiteSpace software,116 Chinese publications and 1285 English publications that were published from 2009 to 2019 were visually analyzed.The analyses included the distribution of annual publications,subject terms,authors,and research institutions.Results During the past decade,there is a rise in the number of publications on the application of virtual reality in the field of mental health.Although this application is an emerging field domestically,the focus of foreign research has been transferred from emotional regulation to behavioral cognitive training,which indicates that foreign research on this field has been constantly enriched and detailed.The core research teams came from Spain,Germany,the United States,and Italy and their cooperation is deep and widespread.The research paradigms have been shifted from confirmatory experiments of therapeutic effectiveness to qualitative studies of underlying mechanisms of therapeutic processes.Conclusion As an alternative therapy technique,virtual reality shows great potential in the field of mental health.The multidisciplinary collaboration of research subjects,the concretization of research topics and objects,and the standardization of therapeutic techniques might be the trend of future research.
