摘 要:文章总结了国内外奶业发展现状和我国科技创新支撑奶业发展现状,结合国内优势单位特别是中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所实际情况,分析了我国奶业科技创新面临的挑战,从牧草品种选育与利用、奶牛健康高效养殖、牛奶品质提升与风险评估等方面提出了推进奶业绿色健康发展的具体对策和建议,以促进奶业绿色健康发展。Current situation and future trend of dairy industry in domestic and abroad,and situation of promoting development of Chinese dairy industry by science and technological innovation were summarized in the paper.Combining with the actual situation of domestic superior units,especially the Institute of Animal Sciences,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,challenges meet with science and technological innovation of Chinese dairy industry were analyzed.Specific countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of dairy industry were proposed,such as breeding and application of forage variety,healthy and efficient breeding of cows,boost of milk quality and risk evaluation.This will provide references for the green and healthy development of dairy industry.
