摘 要:目的:优选金刚藤多糖水提工艺,并对其进行影响慢性盆腔炎血液流变研究。方法:以金刚藤多糖得率为指标,采用单因素考察结合正交试验设计优化金刚藤多糖水提工艺条件,再通过对大鼠全血黏度与血浆黏度的测定,来探究金刚藤多糖对慢性盆腔炎血液流变的影响。结果:金刚藤多糖水提最优工艺参数为加12倍量水,80℃提取3次,每次2 h;金刚藤多糖可显著降低全血黏度与血浆粘度。结论:优选的水提工艺稳定可靠,金刚藤多糖能影响慢性盆腔炎血液流变,具有潜在开发利用价值。Objective:To optimize water extraction of smilax china L.and investigate its influence on hemorheology of rats with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:With the polysaccharide yield of smilax china L.as the index,the water extraction was optimized by single factor investigation and orthogonal test,and then the effects of polysaccharide on hemorheology of chronic pelvic inflammation were studied by measurement of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.Results:The optimum purification technology was as follows:12 times of water and 80℃extraction for 3 times with 2 hours for each time;the polysaccharide of smilax china L.could significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood and that of plasma.Conclusion:The optimized water extraction process is stable and reliable;the polysaccharide of smilax china L.can affect hemorheology of chronic pelvic inflammation and has potential development and utilization values.
