摘　　要：日常教学管理运营过程中,“学生一教师一教学管理者”之间的即时双向沟通是提高教学管理效能的现实需求。但传统情境下,高额的时间成本与管理成本是相关利益群体间双向即时沟通的瓶颈。“互联网+”时代,采用大数据技术,挖掘构架协商式教学管理模式,实现教育大数据的共享、共创和共治,为教学管理中即时高效沟通提供决策依据和实现路径,提高教学运营中利益相关者的满意度。In the process of daily teaching management operation,the real-time two-way communication between"students,teachers and teaching managers"is the real demand to improve the efficiency of teaching management.However,in the traditional situation,the high cost of time and management is the bottleneck of two-way real-time communication between related interest groups.In the age of "Internet plus",we adopt the big data technology,excavate the framework of negotiation-based teaching management mode,realize the sharing,co-creation and co-governance of educational big data,provide the decision-making basis and the realization path for the timely and efficient communication in teaching management,and improve the satisfaction degree of stakeholders in the teaching operation.
