摘　　要：目的探讨新型组合式锁定钢板治疗股骨开放性粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法选取自2015年2月至2019年2月联勤保障部队908医院收治的24例Gustilo分型ⅢA、ⅢB型股骨开放性粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象。记录手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间及相关并发症情况。临床疗效评估采用Harris评分法。结果随访24例患者,平均随访时间(14.75±1.89)个月。手术时间(78.75±6.12)min,术中出血量(341.67±58.36)ml。所有骨折全部愈合,愈合时间(7.13±1.68)个月。未发生内固定失败及骨不愈合,1例患者出现术后感染,给予负压封闭引流冲洗引流后治愈。术后12个月Harris评分为(86.33±5.87)分,高于术后6个月的(79.80±6.40)分及术后1个月的(74.33±6.31)分,且术后6个月评分高于术后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型组合式锁定钢板内固定系统治疗股骨开放性粉碎性骨折效果显著,具有操作简单、骨折愈合快的优点。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of newly designed assembly locking compression palte for the treatment of fermoral open comminuted fractures.Methods A total of 24 patients with open comminuted femoral fractures of Gustilo classification typeⅢA and typeⅢB admitted from February 2015 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The operative time,blood loss,fracture healing time and related complications were recorded.Harris score was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results All the 24 patients were followed up,the mean follow-up time was(14.75±1.89)months,the operation time was(78.75±6.12)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was(341.67±58.36)ml.All the fractures were healed with no internal fixation failure or bone nonunion occurred,and the healing time was(7.13±1.68)months.Harris score at 12 months after surgery was(86.33±5.87)points,higher than that at 6 months after surgery[(79.80±6.40)points]and 1 month after surgery[(74.33±6.31)points],and the score at 6 months after surgery was higher than that at 1 month after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a newly designed assembly locking compression palte for the treatment of femoral open comminuted fractures is a simple and effective treatment method,with the advantages of quick fracture healing.
