基于CiteSpace的肺癌术后康复研究热点及前沿分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨近10年肺癌术后康复研究热点及研究前沿。方法:运用CiteSpace文献计量软件,分析中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science数据库收录的肺癌术后康复相关文献的发文分布趋势、高频关键词及关键词共现,绘制关键词聚类及关键词突现图谱。结果:共纳入CNKI数据库文献383篇,Web of Science数据库文献339篇;文献计量结果显示,研究热点为肺癌术后并发症的康复相关研究、快速康复外科与快速康复护理、围术期干预对术后康复的影响。结论:中文文献与外文文献研究热点相近,但与外文高质量文献仍有一定差距,未来研究可借鉴外文文献,进一步将研究内容细化深入,提高研究证据质量。Objective:To explore the hotspots and frontiers of postoperative lung cancer rehabilitation research in the past 10 years.Methods:CiteSpace bibliometric software was used to analyze the distribution trend,high‐frequency keywords,and keyword co‐occurrence of the literature on postoperative lung cancer rehabilitation retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science databases,and draw keyword clusters and key points word emergence map.Results:A total of 383 articles retrieved from CNKI and 339 from the Web of Science database were included.The literature measurement results showed that the research hotspots were the rehabili‐tation‐related research of postoperative complications of lung cancer,rapid rehabilitation surgery and rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the impact of the perioperative intervention on the post‐rehabilitation.Conclusions:The research hotspots of Chinese literature were similar to foreign literature,while a certain gap still exists with the high‐quality foreign literature.Future research could learn from foreign literature to further refine the research content and improve the quality of research evidence.
