摘　　要：目的构建ICU多发伤患者护理监测评估指标体系,更好地指导ICU多发伤患者护理。方法按照层次分析法流程,12名受邀专家先构建量表层次结构、确定各层次指标。再采用1~9级标度法对同一层次指标重要性进行两两比较并打分。根据打分结果构建权重判断矩阵。通过求和法获得各指标权重,并进行一致性检验。结果本研究共经过两轮指标函询。其中,12名受邀专家参与第一轮函询,11名受邀专家参与第二轮函询,专家参与率分别为100%、91.67%,专家权威系数(Cr)得分为0.971分。该体系包括损伤评估(权重为0.080)、生命体征监测(权重为0.291)、生理评分(权重为0.249)、治疗措施(权重为0.305)和个体特征(权重为0.075)5个准则层指标共21个解释层,解释层各指标权重从0.010至0.108不等。结论基于层次分析法构建的ICU多发伤患者护理监测评估指标体系具有很强的权威性和可靠性,为患者护理监测提供了有效工具。Objective to construct the nursing monitoring and evaluation index system of ICU patients with multiple injuries,so as to better guide the nursing of ICU patients with multiple injuries.Methods according to the analytic hierarchy process,12 invited experts first constructed the hierarchical structure of the scale and determined the indicators of each level.Then,the importance of indicators at the same level was compared and scored by 1-9 scale method.The weight judgment matrix is constructed according to the scoring results.The weight of each index is obtained by summation method,and the consistency is tested.Results there were two rounds of index inquiry.Among them,12 invited experts participated in the first round of consultation and 11 invited experts participated in the second round of consultation.The participation rates of experts were 100%and 91.67%respectively,and the score of expert authority coefficient(CR)was 0.971.The system includes five criteria level indicators,including injury assessment(weight=0.080),vital signs monitoring(weight=0.291),physiological score(weight=0.249),treatment measures(weight=0.305)and individual characteristics(weight=0.075),with a total of 21 interpretation levels.The weights of each indicator in the interpretation level range from 0.010 to 0.108.Conclusion the nursing monitoring and evaluation index system of ICU patients with multiple injuries based on AHP has strong authority and reliability,and provides an effective tool for nursing monitoring of patients.
