摘 要:以大麦苗为碳源,采用一锅热解法成功获得碳点(CDs),并对其硼、氮及混合掺杂体系进行了研究。该类型碳点在水溶液中表现出很强的紫外光区宽带吸收,并产生独特的近紫外光和蓝光双发射光学特性;单掺硼及硼氮共掺的CDs粉体表现出良好的固体发光特性,在蓝光区具有较强激发并产生明亮的绿光发射。将这两种CDs作为荧光粉与蓝光GaN芯片结合,制作出LED器件,表现出良好的发光性能。通过K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)红粉的引入可得到高效、高显色性的白光LED。Carbon dots(CDs)were successfully prepared by the one-pot pyrolysis method using the barley seedling as carbon source.The boron,nitrogen and mixed doping system of CDs were studied.The solution of CDs exhibits broad absorption in the UV region.Two emission bands can be observed in the near UV and blue regions.It is worth to note that CDs powder doped with B and co-doped with B and N can be effectively excited by the blue light and emit bright green light.The LED devices were fabricated by combining such two kinds of CDs powder,which exhibit excellent luminescent properties.Using commercial K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)as red components,white LEDs with high luminous efficiency and color rendering index can be obtained.
