摘  要:为给桉树优良家系选择和种质资源开发利用提供科学依据,以11个桉树无性系为试验材料,研究其8个材性性状的差异。结果表明,树皮率、心材率、基本密度、纤维长度、双壁厚、长宽比、壁腔比和纤维比量的总体均值分别为13.23%、73.53%、0.538 g/cm^(3)、955.98μm、8.75μm、54.98、1.09和79.59%。除心材率和纤维长度外,其他6个材性性状在无性系间存在显著或极显著差异,具有较大的选育潜力。树皮率与基本密度、长宽比和壁腔比呈极显著正相关,材性性状间可进行联合选择。各性状的无性系重复力为0.461~0.918,材性性状具有较高的遗传稳定性。通过主成分分析,初步筛选出生长和材性较优的5和6号无性系,可作为后续的良种选育对象。To provide basis for superior family selection and reasonable germplasm resources exploitation,tak⁃ing 11 eucalypt clones as materials,eight wood properties were analyzed.Results showed that average values of bark rate,heartwood rate,basic density,fibre length,double wall thickness,length-width ratio,ratio of wall to cavity and fibre ratio were 13.23%,73.53%,0.538 g/cm^(3),955.98μm,8.75μm,54.98,1.09 and 79.59%,re⁃spectively.Except for heartwood rate and fibre length,there were significant or extremely significant differences among the other six wood properties.There were extremely significantly positive correlations between bark rate and basic density,length-width ratio and ratio of wall to cavity.Wood properties could be combined selection.Clone repeatability of different properties was 0.461-0.918,and wood properties had high genetic stability.According to principal component analysis,clones 5 and 6 were selected with good properties of growth and wood,which could be used as materials for improving variety breeding in the future.
