摘  要:为从松脂中大量分离出树脂酸提供技术支持,采用正交试验设计和气相色谱-质谱联用仪,研究从马尾松(Pinus massoniana)澄清脂液中分离树脂酸的最适条件,分析树脂酸的化学组成。结果表明,松脂澄清脂液自然结晶析出的粗晶体重结晶时,水与乙醇体积比对树脂酸结晶率的影响最显著;随着水体积的增加,析出晶体更快、形态更好;结晶温度和时间对结晶率影响不显著。温度为0℃,水与乙醇体积比为1∶2,结晶时间为24 h时,树脂酸的结晶率最高(92.93%)。树脂酸主要成分为海松酸、异海松酸、左旋海松酸、脱氢枞酸、枞酸和新枞酸,相对质量百分比分别为10.56%、2.87%、52.16%、5.73%、10.00%和11.95%。该方法可免去蒸馏过程,从澄清脂液中获得树脂酸,简单节能,具有很好的应用前景。To provide technical support for large-scale separation of resin acid of oleoresin from Pinus massoni⁃ana,conditions for isolation of resin acid from clarified oleoresin of P.massoniana was optimized by orthogonal experimental design,and chemical constituents of resin acid were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spec⁃trometry.Results showed that during recrystallization of coarse crystals from natural crystallization of clarified oleoresin solution of P.massoniana,volume ratio of water to ethanol had the most significant effect.With in⁃crease of water volume,crystal morphology was better,and crystallization rate increased.Temperature and time had no significant effects on crystallization rate.When temperature was 0℃,volume ratio of water to ethanol was 1∶2,and crystallization time was 24 h,crystallization rate of resin acid was the highest(92.93%).Main components of resin acid were pimaric acid,isohaptonic acid,L-pimaric acid,dehydroabietic acid,abietic acid and neo-abietic acid,with relative mass percentages of 10.56%,2.87%,52.16%,5.73%,10.00%and 11.95%,respectively.This method could obtain resin acid from clarified oleoresin solution of P.massoniana without dis⁃tillation process,which was simple and energy-saving,and had good application prospect.
