摘 要:为筛选适宜苦郎树(Clerodendrum inerme)扦插的激素,为苦郎树生产提供理论依据,以半木质化苦郎树枝条为试验材料,采用3因素3水平正交试验设计,研究不同激素种类、浓度及处理时间对苦郎树扦插生根率、平均生根数、平均根长及生根效果指数的影响。结果表明,激素能提升苦郎树扦插的生根率、生根数和根系效果指数,但对根长有一定抑制作用;激素种类是影响苦郎树扦插生根效果的最主要因素;组合A2B3C1(500 mg/L IBA浸泡15 s)的平均生根数、平均根长和根系效果指数均最高,分别为34.22条、2.97 cm、3.2380,生根率为96.56%,为最适宜苦郎树扦插生根的组合。In order to select suitable hormone for Clerodendrum inerme cutting and provide theoretical basis for production of C.inerme,effects of different hormone types,concentrations and soaking time on rooting rate,av⁃erage root number,average root length and rooting effect index were studied by three factors and three levels or⁃thogonal experimental design with semi-lignified branches as experimental materials.Results showed that hor⁃mone could improve rooting rate,root number and root effect index,but had a certain inhibitory effect on root length.Hormone type was the most important factor affecting rooting effect of C.inerme.Average root number,average root length and root effect index of A2B3C1(soaking in 500 mg/L IBA for 15 s)were the highest,which were 34.22,2.97 cm and 3.2380 respectively,and rooting rate was 96.56%,which was the most suitable combi⁃nation for C.inerme rooting.
