摘 要:为给大果石笔木(Pyrenaria spectabilis)优良家系的选择和新品种培育提供理论依据,以6个种源的大果石笔木为材料,测定种子和幼苗生长规律、生物量、生长量、叶片大小和叶绿素含量,用苗高、地径和干质量拟合回归方程。结果表明,不同种源种子横径、纵径、厚度和千粒重差异极显著,南宁种源的种子最大,江西大余种源最小;幼苗的苗高1年有2次快速生长期,地径有1~3次;生物量和叶绿素含量有差异;拟合回归方程为y=0.0028 x-0.1921。In order to provide theoretical basis for selection of superior family and breeding new varieties of Py⁃renaria spectabilis,taking six P.spectabilis provenances as materials,seeds,growth regularity,biomass,growth,leaf size and chlorophyll content were analyzed and regression equations were set up using seedling height,ground diameter and dry quality.Results showed that transverse diameter,vertical diameter,thickness and thousand seed weight of seeds from different provenances were extremely significant differences.Seed from Nanning provenance was the largest,which from Jiangxi provenance was the smallest.Seedling height and ground diameter had two or one to three rapid growth periods in one year.There were differences between bio⁃mass and chlorophyll content.Fitting regression equation was y=0.0028x-0.1921.
