摘　　要：赛艇是一项传统的运动比赛,这项比赛有许多名桨手参与,这项运动蕴藏着许多的技巧和知识。其中,赛艇动力学就是十分常见的一种概念,在整个运动的过程当中,研究赛艇动力学可以更好地分析出有效的训练方式。该文从赛艇动力学的角度出发,对其概念及技术原理进行详细的说明,最后对提高赛艇技术的有效途径进行简单的阐述。Rowing is a traditional sport competition,which involves many paddlers,which contains many skills and knowledge.Among them,rowing dynamics is a very common concept.In the whole process of sports,the study of rowing dynamics can better analyze the effective training methods.This paper,from the point of view of rowing dynamics,gives a detailed description of its concept and technical principle,and finally,it simply expounds the effective ways to improve rowing technology.
