摘 要:运动训练是提高运动员竞技能力水平的最有效途径,竞技比赛是检验训练效果的手段。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法对优秀木球运动员竞赛状态焦虑发展现状及其对运动成绩的影响进行了研究。结论:不同组别、性别、比赛经验的运动员在认知状态焦虑、状态自信心2个维度得分水平有显著性差异;不同比赛经验运动员在躯体状态焦虑维度得分水平也有差异;运动员认知状态焦虑水平与运动成绩的呈负相关、躯体状态焦虑水平与运动成绩的基本呈U型相关、状态自信心水平与运动成绩呈正相关。Sports training is the most effective way to improve the athletic ability of athletes,and competitive competition is the means to test the training effect.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods,this paper studies the development status of competitive anxiety of elite golf players and its influence on their athletic performance.Conclusion:There were significant differences in the scores of cognitive state anxiety and state confidence among athletes of different groups,gender and competition experience.The scores of athletes with different competition experience in the body state anxiety dimension are also different.The level of cognitive state anxiety was negatively correlated with athletic performance,the level of physical state anxiety was basically U-shaped correlated with athletic performance,and the level of state self-confidence was positively correlated with athletic performance.
