新规则视角下男子跆拳道技战术发展现状与推进策略研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对跆拳道竞赛规则变更条款进行对比分析,发现变更主要集中在得分分值、犯规行为、获胜方式、赛前称重4个方面,其目的在于增强比赛观赏性、公平性。通过对当今国内外男子跆拳道竞争现状梳理,提出我国男子跆拳道技战术发展应采用灵活的进攻手段,迅速累计分数;个人训练要因材施教,强化个人战术能力;实施多样化的战术训练,提升战术运用水平等推进策略。By using the methods of literaturere view and logical analysis,it is found that the changes mainly focus on the score,foul behavior,winning method and weighing before the competition,which aims to enhance the appreciationand fairness of the competition.Based on the analysis of the current competition situation of men's Taekwondo at home and abroad,this paper puts forward that the development of men's Taekwondo in China should adopt flexible attack means and quickly accumulate points,highlight thetechnical characteristics of individuals according to the individual differences of athletes,enrich various forms of tactical training,and improve the ability of using tactics.
