创业导向、并购整合对企业绩效的影响研究——基于煤炭企业的经验证据

摘　　要：现有关于煤炭企业并购的文献更多地侧重于整合政策、整合方式和整合绩效评价等主题,对创业导向影响煤炭企业实施并购整合的驱动机理还缺乏深入分析和实证检验。从动态能力构建角度探讨创业导向、并购整合与企业绩效的关系,采用全国重点产煤地区煤炭企业323份样本数据,对研究假设进行了实证检验。研究结果显示:创业导向是多维性构念,其不同维度对煤炭企业并购整合都具有正向影响关系,能够促进煤炭企业实施组织创新和变革行动,提升煤炭企业绩效。研究结果对煤炭企业确立创业导向进而培育动态能力具有重要意义。The existing literature on coal enterprise mergers and acquisitions focuses more on themes such as integration policies,integration methods,and integration performance evaluation.There is still a lack of in-depth analysis and empirical tests on the driving mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation that influences coal companies to implement mergers and acquisitions.This article explores the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation,merger integration and corporate performance from the perspective of dynamic capability construction.It uses 323 sample data from coal companies in key coal-producing regions across the country to empirically test the research hypothesis.The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation is a multi-dimensional construct,and its different dimensions have a positive influence on the merger and integration of coal enterprises,which can promote the implementation of organizational innovation and reform actions by coal enterprises,and improve the performance of coal enterprises.The research results of this paper are of great significance for coal enterprises to establish entrepreneurial orientation and cultivate dynamic capabilities.
