摘　　要：目的建立菜汤、血液和洗胃液中23种有机磷农药和2种鼠药同时测定的方法,以满足中毒事件中农药和鼠药的快速筛查。方法样品经乙腈和氯化钠提取,离心,上层乙腈层用QuEChERS试剂净化法取乙腈层后,浓缩定容,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)法定性定量分析。结果所有组分在气相色谱质谱仪中能分离鉴定,在0~1.0μg/mL线性范围内,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.99。用0.2、0.5和1.0μg/mL 3种浓度水平加标,回收率62.2%~112.0%。6次测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~11.4%,检出限范围为0.001μg/mL~0.055μg/mL。在3例实际中毒样品中迅速检测出毒物及含量。结论建立的GC-MS法前处理简单,测定迅速且准确,能满足中毒事件中此类毒物的定性和定量需求。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous detection of 23 organophosphorus pesticides and two kinds of rodenticides in vegetable soup,blood and gastric lavage fluid for rapid detection of pesticides and rodenticides in poisoning events.Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and sodium chloride,and the sample solution was centrifuged,the upper acetonitrile layer was removed and purified by QuEChERS method.After concentration and constant volume of purified liquid,qualitative and quantitative analysis of all targets were performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method.Results All 23 organophosphorus pesticides and two rodenticides can be separated and identified by GC-MS method,and the correlation coefficients of the standard curve were>0.99(from 0μg/mL to 1.0μg/mL).The recovery rates of three concentration levels(0.2,0.5,1.0μg/mL)were 62.2%-112%.The values of RSD were 1.8%-11.4%in six detections,and the detection limits were 0.001μg/mL-0.055μg/mL.The kinds and contents of toxicants were rapidly detected out in three actual poisoning samples.Conclusion The established method was simple,quick and accurate,and can meet the qualitative and quantitative detection requirements for the poisoning events.
