摘　　要：文章分析《日本十进分类法》和《中图图书馆分类法》中数字0的使用方法和规则,探讨0的使用原因,提出两种分类号转换原则,并通过实例阐述分类号取号和转换方法,帮助编目员在分类号转换时,准确掌握0的使用方法。Based on analyzing the methods and rules of using the number 0 in Nippon Decimal Classification(NDC)and Chinese Library Classification(CLC)respectively and probing into the reasons for the use of 0,this paper presents two kinds of conversion principles illustrated with examples of determining and converting classification numbers to help catalogers get the usage of 0 accurately when converting classification numbers.
