摘 要:大辽河下游左岸的营口水田区为灌溉农业,主要灌溉水源是上游葠窝水库和大伙房水库。水库放水由浑河、太子河道输送到灌区—大辽河河段,是解决营口水田早期育苗插秧、中期封垄拔节、后期开花灌浆等农业生产用水的保障。实际灌溉工作中,由于水源输送路径较长,下游闸站有效提水很难准确把控,部分上游来水顺河道白白跑掉现象时有发生,造成上游来水损失浪费。因此,实时掌控上游来水水量、传播时间等水情指标,是下游灌区闸站有效提取水库来水的重要保证。文章根据水库放水、河道输水情况,分析、计算上游来水水量、传播时间等指标,探讨研究综合优化供水、提水效率,使上游来水在下游闸站得到有效提取,达到节约水资源、降低水资源浪费的灌溉模式。The Yingkou paddy field area on the left bank of the lower reaches of the Daliao River is used for irrigated agriculture. The main sources of irrigation water are the upstream Shenwo Reservoir and Dahuofang Reservoir. The water released from the reservoir is transported from the Hun River and the Taizi River to the Daliao River section of the irrigation area. It is a guarantee for water for agricultural production such as early seedling and planting,mid-term sealing and jointing,and late flowering and grouting of Yingkou paddy fields. In actual irrigation work,due to the long water source transportation path,it is difficult to accurately control the downstream gate stations to extract water. Some upstream water runs away along the river channel in vain from time to time,resulting in loss and waste of upstream water. Therefore,real-time control of upstream water quantity,propagation time and other hydrological indicators is an important guarantee for the downstream irrigation sluice station to effectively extract the reservoir water.According to the situation of reservoir discharge and river water conveyance,this paper analyzes and calculates the upstream water quantity,propagation time and other indicators,discusses and studies the comprehensive optimization of water supply and water lifting efficiency,so that the upstream water can be effectively extracted at the downstream gate station,and achieves the irrigation mode of saving water resources and reducing water resource waste.
