摘　　要：渠道衬砌机的应用实现了水利工程渠道施工作业的自动化。渠道衬砌机一般由大车行走系统、主机桁架系统、主机桁架升降系统、布料系统等组成。施工准备阶段要科学充分,按照衬砌机安装说明与要求安装完成组装、调试,衬砌时严格控制渠道衬砌机混凝土施工参数设定、布料等环节,将水利工程的混凝土施工作业的各个环节和步骤统一协调进行,提升施工作业的效率。The application of canal lining machine has realized the automation of canal construction in hydraulic engineering. The canal lining machine is generally composed of cart walking system,main truss system,main truss lifting system and distribution system. The construction preparation stage should be scientific and sufficient,and the assembly and debugging should be completed according to the installation instructions and requirements of the lining machine. During lining,the concrete construction parameters setting and distribution of the channel lining machine should be strictly controlled,and all links and steps of concrete construction of water conservancy projects should be coordinated in a unified manner to improve the efficiency of construction operations.
