跃进总干渠改造工程投资估算及经济效益分析

摘　　要：在水利工程改造过程中,做好投资估算和经济评价关乎工程是否能够顺利实施。文章以新疆库车跃进总干渠改造工程为例,对工程概况和干渠总体布置、设计情况进行了阐述,并对工程效益进行分析,利用"分摊系数法"求得项目实施后其效益可达937.48万元,且最终通过国民经济评价和敏感性分析。In the process of water conservancy project reconstruction,good investment estimation and economic evaluation are related to whether the project can be implemented smoothly. Taking the reconstruction project of the Kuqa Yuejin main canal in Xinjiang as an example,the general situation of the project,the overall layout and design of the main canal,and the engineering benefits are expounded and analyzed in this paper. Using"Apportion Coefficient Method",it is found that the benefit of the project after implementation can reach 9.3748 million yuan finally pass the national economic evaluation and sensitivity analysis.
