河坞大闸除险加固工程经济评价

摘　　要：河坞大闸枢纽工程运行已45年,存在诸多安全隐患,为消除险情隐患,在老河坞闸下游兴建新河坞大闸,并拆除老河坞闸。新河坞闸工程进行了经济评价,分析了工程运行费、工程效益,得出了经济内部收益率、经济净现值、经济效益费用比,并对工程进行了敏感性分析、财务分析。The Hewu Sluice Project has been in operation for 45 years. There are many safety hazards in the project. In order to eliminate the hidden dangers,a new Hewu sluice was built downstream in place of the old sluice. The economic evaluation of the new Hewu Sluice Project is carried out. The project operation cost and project benefit are analyzed. The economic internal rate of return,economic net present value and economic benefit cost ratio are obtained through the analysis. The sensitivity analysis and financial analysis of the project are also conducted in this paper.
