摘 要:针对现有抽油机相关参数进行减速器设计,对减速器设计方案进行拟定,应用专业的模拟仿真软件ADAMS对减速器进行更细化的模拟仿真。通过ADAMS的数据交换接口将装配好的减速器导入到ADAMS中。对模型进行细化的约束添加,并对模型进行速度、位置、加速度的仿真分析。应用函数控制驱动、模拟现实启动形式。以Impact函数力学为理论基础,对模型进行实体接触计算与仿真,最后对齿轮进行了啮合力的仿真分析。The reducer design was carried out according to the relevant parameters of the existing pumping unit,the design scheme of the reducer was drawn up,and the professional simulation software ADAMS is used to conduct more detailed simulation of the reducer.The assembled reducer is imported into the inverted ADAMS through the ADAMS data exchange interface.Add the constraints to the model refinement,and the velocity,position and acceleration of the model were simulated and analyzed.The function control drive was used to simulate the real start form.Based on the theory of Impact function mechanics,the solid contact calculation and simulation of the model were carried out,and in the end,the meshing force of the gear was simulated and analyzed.
