摘 要:煤炭的开采过程中较为复杂,并非“即挖即用”的开采模式,针对煤炭应用领域的需求进行加工,通过去除煤炭中的杂质来提升产品质量,降低对自然环境的污染。介绍了乌东选煤厂煤炭洗选概况,分析了乌东选煤厂产能、技术标准及煤质特征,并基于洗选工艺优化目的,从选煤设备、分选粒级及工艺流程等方面,探讨了洗选中心乌东选煤厂煤炭洗选工艺效果。经过对洗选工艺的应用,建立了更高效的煤炭洗选流程,适应了源于市场需求的变化,为行业工艺创新提供了有益参考。The coal mining process is more complex,not a"dig and use"mining mode.It is processed according to the needs of the coal application field,so as to improve the product quality and reduce the pollution to the natural environment by removing the impurities in the coal.This paper introduces the general situation of coal washing in Wudong Coal Preparation Plant,analyzed the production capacity,technical standards and coal quality characteristics of Wudong Coal Preparation Plant,and discusses the effect of coal washing process in Wudong Coal Preparation Plant of washing center from the aspects of coal preparation equipment,separation particle size and process flow.Through the application of washing process,a more efficient coal washing process was established,which adapts to the changes from market demand and provides a useful reference for industry process innovation.
