摘  要:本文简要介绍了遵义铝业的350 kA系列电解槽烟道技改项目及其成果。通过数值模拟技术可显著优化槽膛内的集气均匀性,其偏差实测值从-52%~30%优化到±10%以内。实施烟道技改对提升电解槽密闭效率和热平衡起到了至关重要的作用,烟道内无明显积灰,工人劳动强度降低,车间环境明显改善,为降低系列电耗和氟化盐单耗创造有利条件。The result of technical innovation project on cell duct in Zunyi Aluminum 350kA potline was briefly introduced in this paper.Based on numerical simulation technology,the ventilation uniformity in cells could be optimized obviously,and the measured value of ventilation deviation in cells reduced from-52%~30%to±10%.The duct reforming practice played an important role in improving the sealing efficiency and thermal balance of the reduction cells.There were almost no obvious dust in piles.The labor intensity reduced,and the working environment in workshop became much more clear,which was helpful to reduce energy consumption and fluoride salt consumption.
