摘　　要：知识产权业已成为国家发展的重要资源和国际竞争力的关键因素。本文从国家政策支持、高校图书馆所具备的基础两方面论述了高校图书馆开展知识产权信息服务的可行性,以中南大学为例分析了开展知识产权信息服务的优势和面临的问题,提出了促进高校知识产权信息服务高质量发展的建议:构建专业化团队;深化和推进跨部门合作;构建知识产权信息服务平台;加强知识产权素养教育。Intellectual property is an important resource for national development and a key factor for international competitiveness.This essay discussed the feasibility of developing intellectual property information services in university libraries from the national policy support and the foundation of university library,analysed the case of Central South University's advantages and difficulties in developing intellectual property information services,then put forward suggestions for universities to develop intellectual property information services,which included building professional teams,deepening and promoting cross-departmental cooperation,constructing intellectual property information service platforms,and strengthening intellectual property literacy education.
