摘 要:有序引导农村妇女非农就业可进一步释放农村经济增长潜力,是推动乡村全面振兴的重要引擎。本文在理论分析互联网使用与农村妇女非农就业关系基础上,借助苏、皖、豫、鄂四省879份农户调研数据,运用二元Probit模型,就互联网使用影响农村妇女非农就业问题展开实证探讨。得到以下结论:互联网使用在农村妇女非农就业中发挥积极作用,显著提升农村妇女非农就业参与率,且增加互联网使用频率可进一步强化互联网使用非农就业效应,但增加互联网使用时间则不具备相应功能,并可能因网络使用过度,诱发非农就业意愿、行为下降问题;互联网使用推动农村妇女非农就业主要通过拓展农村妇女非农就业渠道和增强农村妇女非农就业意愿途径展开,增加农村妇女非农就业时间和改善农村妇女市场竞争力推动非农就业效果不显著;互联网使用无法改善农村妇女非农就业质量,无论提高工资待遇还是改善工作环境和福利保障水平,互联网使用均作用不明显;互联网使用作用农村妇女非农就业,也存在农村妇女个体特征维度异质性,受到农村妇女年龄、文化层次、家庭照料强度、家庭经济状况等的调节。The orderly guidance of rural women’s non-agricultural employment can further release the potential of rural economic growth, which is an important engine to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas. Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between internet use and rural women’s non-agricultural employment, this paper carries out empirical discussion on the impact of internet use on rural women’s non-agricultural employment using 879 rural household survey data from Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, and Hubei with the method of a binary probit model. The conclusion is as follows: Internet use plays an active role in rural women’s non-agricultural employment, significantly improves the participation rate of rural women in non-agricultural employment, and increasing the frequency of internet use can further strengthen the non-agricultural employment effect of Internet use, but increasing the time of internet use does not have the corresponding function, and may lead to the decline of non-agricultural employment willingness and behavior due to the excessive use of internet problems;Internet use promoting rural women’s non-agricultural employment mainly through expanding the non-agricultural employment channels of rural women and enhancing the willingness of rural women to non-agricultural employment, while the effect of promoting non-agricultural employment by increasing the time of non-agricultural employment of rural women and improving the competitiveness of rural women’s market is not significant;Internet use cannot improve the quality of non-agricultural employment of rural women, no matter raising wages or improving the working environment and welfare level;The effect of internet use on rural women’s non-agricultural employment also exists the heterogeneity of rural women’s individual characteristics, such as rural women’s age, cultural level, family care intensity, family economic situation.
