摘　　要：房租负担日益上升不断压缩农民工的收支剩余,而大部分农民工在城市融入障碍、户籍制度隔离与农村社会保障不足等情况下所具有的"效益观"特性——以追求返乡养老前收支剩余最大化为目标,使其更倾向于增加劳动供给以弥补收支剩余的降低。本文利用2016年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据对此进行了检验。研究发现,房租负担上升显著增加了农民工的劳动时间,其中对家庭负担较重和就业稳定较差的农民工的影响尤为明显;进一步还引起了农民工超时劳动。本文认为,当前在加快建立租购并举的住房制度的同时,加大对家庭负担较重和就业稳定较差农民工的租房保障,并进一步推进社会融合、深化户籍制度改革和完善农村社会保障是推动农民工劳动力市场可持续发展的应有之义。The rising rent burden is constantly compressing the surplus of migrant workers’ income and expenditure. Most of them have the characteristics of Benefits View under the conditions of urban integration obstacle, household registration system isolating and rural social security deficiency, that is, their goal is to pursue the maximum surplus before returning home for the aged, which makes them more inclined to increase labor supply to make up for the reduction of the surplus. Using the 2016 China floating population dynamic monitoring survey data this paper tested this view. The study found that the increase of rent burden significantly increased the labor participation time of migrant rural workers, especially for those with heavy family burdens and poor employment stability, and further, it also caused them to work overtime. This article holds that, at present, while speeding up the establishment of the housing system of both rental and purchase, increasing the security of renting, and further promoting the social integration, deepening the reform of the household registration system and perfecting the rural social security are the proper meanings to promote the sustainable development of the migrant workers’ labor market.
