摘 要:针对地面停放阶段低温容器内蒸发气处理问题,采用数值模拟的方法,对基于低温制冷机与导热带耦合作用的低温容器内蒸发气体再液化过程进行了数值模拟,研究了制冷机开启后流体温度场和速度场变化规律。结果表明:制冷机开启,流体流动开始比较剧烈,形成了沿导热带两侧对称分布的多个涡旋,随后涡旋逐渐消失,流动减缓,温度趋于均匀;对气相区和液相区分别输入冷量,均能起到制冷的效果,其中对液相区输入冷量蒸发气再液化过程效率更高;容器底部最先出现过冷液氮,且量逐渐增多;紫铜箔导热带内部冷量沿轴向传输的速度比径向快;气液界面对再液化过程中流体温度场和速度场分布的影响很小。To solve the disposal problem of the evaporative gas in the cryogenic vessel at ground parking stage,numerical simulation method was used to analyze the boil off gas reliquefaction process in the cryogenic vessel based on the coupling effect of cryocooler with a thermal strap,and then the variation law of the fluid temperature field and the velocity field in the cryogenic vessel were studied when the cryocooler was turned on.The results showed that the fluid flow was quite intense at the beginning,and formed a number of vortices symmetrically distributed along both sides of the thermal strap,then the vortices faded away,the flow slowed down and the temperature tended to be balance.For both the gas-phase region and the liquid-phase region,the input of cooling capacity could play the effect of refrigeration,among which the boil off gas reliquefaction process was more efficient for the liquid-phase region.Subcooled liquid nitrogen first appeared at the bottom of the vessel and the amount increased gradually.The internal cooling capacity of the copper foil thermal strap transmitted faster along the axial direction than the radial direction.The gas-liquid interface had little effect on the temperature field and velocity field distribution in the process of reliquefaction.
