摘  要:手枪型电动工具是载人航天开展在轨维修任务等舱外活动必不可少的电动工具之一。梳理舱外活动用手枪型电动工具的扭矩控制器、动力总成、外壳、机构润滑、电控、人机界面及锂离子电池等模块化技术,概括舱外电动工具的持续优化的设计理念,介绍了舱外活动测试与地面验证的专用工具及设施,探讨了舱外电动工具在功能性能协调、空间环境防护、锂电池安全防护、机构润滑以及地面验证试验等方面的研制难点与研究方向,最后对舱外电动工具的未来发展趋势进行展望。The Pistol-type Power Tool is one of the indispensable tools for carrying out Extra-Vehicular Activities(EVA)such as on-orbit servicing missions in manned spaceflight.The key technologies of the Multisetting Torque Limiter(MTL),Mechanical Main Housing,Power Train,lubrication,electrical control,interface and battery aspects of a typical Pistol-Type Power Tool Pistol Grip Tool(PGT)were reviewed.The design concept of continuous optimization of EVA Power Tool was summarized.The special tools and devices of EVA suspension training and underwater training were introduced.In addition,the research difficulties and directions of EVA Power Tool in terms of function and performance coordination,space environment protection,thermal runaway protection of lithium battery,mechanism lubrication and space environment simulation experiment were discussed,and the development trend of EVA Power Tools were prospected.
